Good training session...
Session starts with strength training with our legs...
Sprints and Piggyback....

followed by overlapped
tap n back paddle
and long ball...

Not pointing fingers at anyone... but i really wish to have a team photo of everyone on at least one occassion la.... our depth is about 20... if 8.30 is too early... we can always discuss and start at 9am... we are flexible i think... so kelvin can wake up at 8 ken wont need to rush down within 8min or tingshu walk in as ah zhong abt to leave... Feel free to comment...

Look at how many players drop out during training week in week out...
We need to get ourselves more mentally prepared for tough training... try nt to haf late nights on sat... many guilty party... BALL(pant) BALL(pant) BALL(pant)!!!! worry for u guys' condition during training lor....
Playing under hot weather is no joke... even yuhua field is so small we also feel the tiredness after the 2hrs... Everyone is guilty of it... Even the fittest watson also shag le the rest all needless to say...

Despite these, receiving feedback that we have improved after merely 3 sessions of training is a morale booster... I believe our long ball is more accurate n further... our passing is also much better... THERE!!!!
Really enjoy the times we train together... let's work together and we all can hit the POST 5x in a row.... I still cant believe it la....
